The Titus County Shelter Friends will hold its regular monthly meeting Monday, May 16, at Herschel’s Restaurant at 6:30 p.m. Final results from East Texas Giving Day will be discussed.
Speakers include Ben Roberts of Tractor Supply, who will talk about hosting adoptions at the store.
Steve Russell with Titus County Fair Association will discuss Shelter Friends organizing a pet show at the fair. Jessica Davis with Pittsburg Veterinary Clinic will speak about the Paws for a Cause 5K Fun Run benefiting Shelter Friends.
The organization meets on the third Monday of each month. Anyone interested in supporting the Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter is encouraged to attend.
