Friday was a nice day to be fishing at the NTCC Windmill Pond.
The Chapel Hill Northeast Fishing Club was there to test the waters. The pond was previously transitioned to a recreational lake by the NTCC ag department Surface and Groundwater class students.
"Great job for the students who put in the hard work to get this project going, said NTCC ag department head Rene Curry McCracken. "Planning on seeing lots of fish pulled from this site!"
