Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers

The Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers and the Mt. Pleasant ISD Police Department need your help with this week’s Crime of the Week.

On April 1, 2016 between 7:30 a.m. and noon unknown suspect(s) entered a teacher’s vehicle on the Francis Corprew Elementary campus and took several credit cards, checkbook and various forms of identification from inside a small Vera Bradley brand bag.

The suspect was seen later that day in a white Dodge Charger, going through the drive through window of the Red River Federal Credit Union in Texarkana cashing checks which had been forged in the victim’s name. The suspect also cashed more forged checks later that day at the Red River Federal Credit Union Branch in Atlanta.

The Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving this crime. Remember, all they want is your information, not your name. If your information leads to the arrest and/or the recovery of the stolen property on this or any other felony crime, you could receive a CASH REWARD of up to $1000.00.

Call the Northeast Texas Area Crime Stoppers today at 903-577-TIPS (8477), submit a Web Tip via our website at www.netacrimestoppers.org or send an anonymous tip via text by sending “NTX” plus your tip to 274637 (CRIMES)!
