East Texas Police Chiefs Converge on Mount Pleasant

The East Texas Police Chief Association (ETPCA) held its quarterly meeting in Mount Pleasant Thursday. The association covers a vast area as far north as  Paris, south to Palestine, east to Texarkana, and west to Sulphur Springs.

Chiefs from the region meet quarterly to discuss regional needs and State issues. Thursday's meeting was hosted by the Mount Pleasant Police Department Chief Wayne Isbell. The current President of ETPCA is Pittsburg Police Chief Richard Penn.

Retired Dallas Police Chief David Kunkle was our special guest at today’s meeting.
