Beginning Friday morning the section of Jefferson between Second and Third will be closed for utility repairs. Traffic headed North on Jefferson will be detoured to take a left onto Second for two blocks to Van Buren, a right onto Van Buren for two blocks to 4th Street, then a right for two blocks back to Jefferson.
Affected businesses will still be accessible and open during the closure. Locals wishing to travel thru and not stop downtown are asked to find alternate routes.
No businesses will be closed during this time.
