Mount Pleasant Police Officers responded to a 6 a.m. vehicle burglary Friday and became involved in a brief foot chase with one of the suspects.
Officers converged on the area and located one juvenile suspect, taking him into custody. A 17-year old suspect eluded officers but was taken into custody around 8 a.m.. Numerous victims have been identified and property has been recovered.
The Mount Pleasant Police Department is asking for the public to view the above map and check their vehicles for missing items. The primary area is around Redbud and Magnolia.
