Titus Regional Medical Center is hosting Carter Blood Care for a Blood Drive Thursday, March 10 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. You may donate at the Carter Blood Care bus which will be parked by entrance C. If you wish to make an appointment, contact Glenda Strain at 903.577.6111.
