Titus County Cares held its annual Volunteer Appreciation Banquet Thursday night at the Civic Center and presented its Volunteer of the Year award to Jennifer Lide, and the Board Member of the Year to Jeffrey Crabb. The People's Choice Awards went to Marvin Roesler and Jane Kruse.
