Formal Estray Notice

NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT OF ESTRAY
On the 9th day of January, 2016, I impounded the following Estray:

Kind of Animal/or Fowl:  1 Horse
Breed: Unknown  
Color: 1 gray
Sex: male
Age: Unknown
Size: med
Brand, Marks, Identifying Characteristics:  Kind of mated looking
Location: 3410, out of Craig’s Ranch.
And, on the 11th day of Jan, 2016, I filed a Notice of Estray in the Estray Book of  Titus County, Texas. I have made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in Titus County, Texas, for the owner of said Estray, and contacted local owner of exotic fowl and animals, but the search did not reveal the owner.
Notice is hereby given that, if the ownership of said Estray is not
Determined by the 26th day of January, 2016 said Estray will be sold, at public auction /Sheriff’s sale at Stone Livestock.
