COMMISSIONERS’ COURT OF TITUS COUNTY, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Commissioners’ Court of Titus County, Texas, will be held on the 24th day of August 2020 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the Titus County Courthouse, County Courtroom, 100 West First Street, Room 205, Mt. Pleasant, Texas 75455, at which time the following subjects will be discussed not necessarily in the order presented:

Report From Commissioners Regarding Road Work Status

Consider and Possibly Approve contract with Chief Larry McRae for Emergency Management Services

Consider and Possibly Approve an interlocal agreement between Titus and Camp counties related to funding for the office of the District Attorney

Consider and Possibly Approve the City’s Holiday Lighting Plan to include use of the courthouse and grounds, replacing the existing county owned vertical lighting

Consider and Possibly Approve the sale of 3.5165 acres in Talco, Block 59, Lot 3, previously struck off the tax rolls at a delinquent tax auction
