CASA of Titus, Camp and Morris Counties had the privilege to have Mr. Russell Vanbibber "Hawkeye" and Mr. Ray Ford "Knuckles" with the Guardians of the Children Sulphur River Chapter, educate CASA Volunteers and Staff to receive their Basic Life Support, CPR certification.
