Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain

It commonly causes stabbing pain with your first few steps in the morning or after prolonged sitting. As you move around more, the pain begins to decrease, but may return after long periods of standing or after rising from sitting.

Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of the thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes (plantar fascia).

To help relieve your plantar fascia pain, contact Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at Titus and make an appointment with our Orthopedic team today. 903-5-SPORTS (903-577-6787)
