Donnie Phifer graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School 1981 and went to work in retail sales for 14 years. He was a member of the Mt Pleasant Volunteer Fire Department from 1981 until 1994.
Donnie’s career at TRMC EMS began in 1993 in LifeLink Communications and in 1994 he obtained his EMT-Intermediate certification from NTCC. In 2001, He was promoted to Communications Supervisor.
Married for 24 years, Donnie and Tonya have two children, Randall and Allison.
