Meet the newest member of the Mount Pleasant Police Department! Police Chief Wayne Isbell swore in Officer Ericka Flowers Monday. Officer Flowers is a graduate of the Northeast Texas Regional Police Academy. She will be assigned to the Patrol Division after completing field training.
