Community Sports Physical Clinic

Titus Regional Medical Center will be hosting a community sports physical clinic Friday May 5th at Mt. Pleasant High School's Willie Williams Gymnasium from 2:30 pm - 6:30pm. for Mt. Pleasant, Chapel Hill, Hart's Bluff, Winfield, and Mt. Vernon students/

Please bring completed signed physical form provided by school, corrective eye wear, and wear athletic style clothing. (NO dresses or skirts)
