Titus County Cares said "See ya later" to Billy Hobbs Thursday. He has been meeting with the TCC Good Samaritan clients as well as helping each week with the set up of Food4kids for almost two years now.He has been a HUGE blessing to those of us who work with him, but also to those clients who have needed help with rent and utilities. He will be missed!!!!
