Titus County Cares is excited to partner with Northeast Texas Community College and Texas A&M- Texarkana at NTCC for a year-long bag drive on their campus. Leaders on campus have set up ten collection boxes to help supply TCC's needs each week. If you are on campus regularly, please take your recycled bags to help fill their boxes. The bags are used for food in the Cares 4 Kids backpack program
