Chapel Hill Harvest Festival and Trade Day

The Chapel Hill Harvest Festival and Trade Day is THIS Saturday, October 24th, starting at 2 p.m. This is a majorfundraiser for both the school and many school groups.There will be games, bingo, and an auction from 4-7 p.m. All activities will be inside!

There will be vendor booths, food booths, and dining tables in the cafeteria. Access through cafeteria doors that face the junior high.

There will be game booths in the junior high school/ high school Main Hall. Game booth tickets may be purchased when you enter the junior high

The auction will be in the junior high first hallway to the right.

The Student Center will host Bingo (the Student Center is located to the right after you pass through Auction hall.) Access through junior high doors that face cafeteria.

ALL access will be through those two main doors. There will NOT be access to event through any other doors. This is a covered area, so you may move freely between the two buildings through the access doors.
